What colors will the chicks of a normal yelow/green budgie and a gray budgie be?
 
It depends -- is your gray budgie actually gray, or is that just what you're calling it based on its appearance? Some people see mauve budgies as looking "gray", but genetically they're blue with two dark factors -- with one dark factor they would be cobalt. True gray is a separate mutation, and can be seen in both green and blue birds, which could also have one or two dark factors and/or one or two violet factors. There are so many mutations in budgies that it can be difficult to figure out what you have just by looking, but this website may help:

Then there's the question of what mutations for which your birds are heterozygous, or "split." These will give you surprises in their offspring.
