Yeah - I thought about that too. That and the hip issues big dogs are so notorious for. All we can do is our best for them, that's so much more than a lot of dogs get.
Oddly enough, that's really what she is. Mom was the Great Pyr - so that's not in question & I think she looks a lot like a Weimeraner in the face and eyes. Genetics are a funny thing! She's a big girl - only ten weeks old and that's my ten year old in the photo.
Thanks!!! She is a weet girl. Drove an hour to pick her up and she slept the entire way home except for when I stopped to use the bathroom. I got back in & she was overjoyed. Then she fell back asleep. Very laid back pup.
