Baby blues growing up 16 weeks and almost as big as my black girls. All thriving! The two close ups are almost mirror images of each other. I love the color variation!
Amazon sells many brands of this product. Where are you, generally? CA requires a prescription, most other states do not.
Jedd's sells it too, but just check and they are sold out.
Yes. Any way he will take them. The egg has selenium in it to help with the uptake of the vit e. You need ever little, hence the egg suggestion as a tablet is way too much.
Also, the is a great article by @azygous about reintegration.

Sorry your hen is not well.
Do you have a large dog crate that she can be in and be among the flock. Perhaps in the middle of the run where the others can see her but not touch her? May need hardward cloth reinforcement up the sides as far as the hens can peck through. This was she is close...
I am so sorry. Are those sores on her face? How long have they been there? Is there any sores on the inside of her mouth? Tagging a couple of more knowledgeable people to see if they have any ideas/suggestions. So sorry your girl is feeling so poorly.

You can get terramycin without a prescription almost anywhere. Amazon has it, I think Chewy's has it and I think Jedd's has it. Tractor supply used to sell it, not sure now.
Until it arrives you can use plain triple antibiotic ointment.
Yes, that looks to bee a prolapsed vent. :(
Here is a post discussing treatment.

Please post pictures. How hot is it where you are at? Is she eating/drinking enough? Is she walking properly? What does her poop look like? Is she bullied by others in the flock?
What is her diet, including treats?
Where did the blood come from? Usually mating loss of feathers does not...
Another thought...if you can't get the flock the proper diet via poultry feed, you could try buying some vit b complex, vit a and some vit e in tablet form and crushing them up and adding that to the food they do get. Vitamins are fairly cheap and could help the flock a long way. You could...
It might seem suddenly to you, but it may have been in the works for a while. If she is not getting a balanced diet (chicken feed) then what seems sudden has probably been happening slowly.
All your chickens need this balanced feed. If you do not provide it, your flock will suffer and more...
I don't know what the poop like smell would be. What type of bird of prey was it? Perhaps it was dirty/smelly and it transferred to your girl.
If there are not any obvious puncture wounds to the lung area, I would flush the wound with a saline solution or some properly diluted chlorhexidine...
One thought...make sure the hair dryer you use is not a new dryer. Most are coated with toxic material and can harm/kill birds. Old dryers have had time to burn that coating off. :)
Again, those stringy things look like mucus-y urates. If they are worms and if they are alive they would move if they are dead they would not. Easiest way to ease your mind is a fecal float. Any vet will do this for you. The cost is very manageable ~$15
However, the bigger issue is the...
