Lori, I know this is late, i just found out about Kubota......We're all so proud of you,

Just a note, I was advised by a master breeder out my way, that he used the ivermectin used for horses,
he rubs it on the legs and allows it to be absorbed that way....(for worming) He liked Bagbalm for the
scaly leg mites....its thick like vaseline and has antiseptic in it. And that thread is...

Picture please......Just had a RIR her name was lucy, she was big and gorgeous,. and
then the crow came,.her face took on that beautiful red and her legs got huge...Hence
Lucy became Louie and had to be placed elseware.. But I really kept thinking it would
be a hen, my friend said I was in...
Nice pictures....I have a friend with brown leghorns, and her birds are very nice.... I really think
that it can be individual. I had a white leghorn, and there known for being flighty and she was
a doll.... nothing like what i was told to expect. Good luck !
OK...So my girls in my guestimation were well over due....cut them some slack due to the extreme heat
here in Arizona....I Have 2 BR,1 BO,1sa Br,3 EE,1 GLW.... when lo and behold,I found one of the BR
in my other pen (Younger flock) she was coming out of the H House!!! Sure enough there were...
Those are some mixed up looking birds.....you might want to look for one of the silkie threads
here at BYC you might find some one to point you in the right direction.
