    Hmmm I'd have to go with the chicks. If they wanna be big chicks, so be it. They will learn their lesson if the big chicks get up set. If things do get out of hand....take them out but besides that they should be fine. They just want to be like the bigger chicks.

    You really don't have to unless they are attacking each other. If they are, you need to take one out

    Hmmm I'm not exactly sure. I had a chicken that hatched a chick and I took it right away, she was very worried for a bit but she calmed down in a day or two. Honestly I'm not sure.
