    I am trying to get a few sumatras for my mother for mother's day but I can't find good website to get a few hatching eggs, they all require me purchase 15-20 eggs at a time. So I looked for chicks instead and I would have to purchase 15 chicks with $50 shipping. Please help me, any recommendations?

    Chicken making weird noise. Freaking me out.

    Yeah thanks, I have her inside in a kennel with some water with a little poultry nutri-drench in it. I had her on my lap for a while, she flew up and wanted some petting. I am worried because her eye was open and now it is tightly shut. I don't know if it is swelling or getting infected.

    Raccoon attack last night..

    Yeah she is my indoor chicken at the moment, I swear this one is disaster prone, but it only makes me love her more. Do you have any idea how to clean it? I just used warm water to whip away the blood. I want to make sure it doesn't get infected. Is there some product I should use?

    My mother recently lost her favorite rooster, a black sumatra that loved her to death. I really want to get her one or a few for mothers day. Does anyone know where I can purchase a a few decent sumatra chicks/birds. I would prefer not buying 15 of them.
