...tonight.
Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms? – No only her.
Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma? – This *could* be an injury I am not certain. The other side of her face looks the same but the eye is completely swollen shut.
What happened, if...
Although there is some useful information here, you are incorrect about using electric fences with chickens. They are dangerous. Here is a picture of a chicken who recently got tangled in the fence and was electrocuted over time, a horrible and painful death of a completely healthy chicken.

We installed this so-called 'poultry-safe' electric fence and found that to be false advertising.
This afternoon we discovered one of our chicks stuck in the fence and electrocuted.
We had been using it for a while to prevent predators, but now we discover it is more of a danger to the...
I had THREE roosters from one hatching...all brothers...all born and raised together. They got along fine for the first few months but once they matured it was a different story. Two of them would hang out together with the girls and they would gang up on the third...chasing him...attacking him...
I ended up with 3 roosters (all brothers) who are now 10 months old it is becoming a problem. At first I thought it would work out with three guys guarding the girls but that has changed. First of all two of them continually gang up on the third and have him completely intimidated. But what is...

My experience has been quite different. We have 2 dogs and 2 barn cars and they are totally intimidated by the chickens and ducks, mostly "trained" by the rooster.
Bobcats...here in s w Florida I think they are smarter than most, easily circumventing electric fences (high and low) and hunting even in the hot, bright daylight hours. This year alone we lost 2 ducks, 1 hen and our Rooster who died defending them.
My chickens free-range during the day and are closed in the coop at night. A batch are about to hatch in the coop where the brooder has been on them for nearly 3 weeks. Last time she hatched any I moved her and the chick (only one egg survived to hatch that time) to a separate smaller coop right...
Our Lavender Orpington tends to be a broader. In fact when our RI reds lay their eggs she will take over the nest and sit on them.
We decided to leave a few in the nest to hatch. Over time, 3 of the 4 eggs wound up broken or pushed out of the nest by her. The other one hatched. Our flock if...
