I just checked my calendar and it turns out they are actually almost 18 weeks, sorry about that! Buffs do get pretty big though, all of mine are already just as big as my other hens!
Thanks so much! I never really considered that Aspen might just have a bigger comb and nothing more, I just have always have thought she was a rooster! It’s a big relief because my dad won’t let us keep more than one rooster and we might’ve gotten rid of her by accident!
Thanks so much!!! The thing I don’t understand is why Aspen’s comb is so much bigger than his/her sisters. They are all the same age and from the same place, and his/her comb is probably twice as theirs! I’ll send a few pictures of what his sisters look like.
