It’s kinda funny, someone mentioned using a fox call and I went to YouTube to see if the had one on there. When the video started, I instantly remembered hearing the sound right outside my house probably a week ago and wondering what the hell was making that horrible sound. Now I know exactly...
My wife had let the dog out and he was barking. When she got up to see what he was barking at it was the fox or coyote, hard to tell from the crappy pictures she took, but she said it looked like it was kind of trying to play with the dog which made her think it was not an adult. But she was...
Not sure if goose poo is the same as chicken poo but I had a yorkie die from eating that crap. The vet did an autopsy and said that its caused a bacteria infection or somthing( i can't remember) that basically destroyed her insides. it was horrible. It was also very upsetting because I had taken...
No, it has only tried to dig the sand bag. The ground is pretty damn hard around the run and very rooty too. Which is why I didn’t bury any hardware cloth in the first place. Not saying the fox can’t work hard enough to dig a small hole under, but he can get through the locked door at night anyway.
hmm... I haven't been getting notification of new replys...

Any suggestions on getting...

Stared 3 weeks ago with 3 broody hens.
Two i moved to a separate coop and one I left where she was with the flock(this was a bad idea)
Chicken #1 that was left with the flock started with 12 eggs, all marked with the date on them. However, even though she was in her own little 11" square nest...
Yes they have been sitting there for several days and yesterday when each one did leave the nest box they left the biggest poop ever, bigger then my dogs poop .
As far as moving them, they gotta go because they are disrupting the 17 others that want to lay eggs, if it breaks them then so be it.
