Thanks for the advice! I'll bring more treats out next time so we can do some of those things while he's starting to want to rest. I was thinking I'd probably try and play with him right before bringing him in (whatever day that happens), but also doing that foundation work sounds like a great...

So, what I hope to do is play fetch at least thrice a week, if not more (I will try for daily, but I don't want to overdo it with my history of chronic fatigue - it's been awesome these last couple weeks of pregnancy, and I'm not sure of my current limits). Then, unless having him loose in the...

Went out and played fetch on the cable like I had hoped to. It went great! He didn't fail to bring it back even once, and he caught it right out of the air several times. He came over and flopped down next to me for some resting, so I'd squat next to him unless he tried to playfully engage with...

I put pumpkin and blueberries in it, without freezing, so he can try it out. He was very well behaved for it, lol, I think he could smell the pumpkin from outside so he was sitting very nicely, and I didn't even have to remind him to stay seated.

One of the recipes is basically chamomile milk tea with blueberries for boba, lol. I might make that one for the day we bring him inside. "Peaceful Pops".

I was able to get the XL pupsicle treat ball and treat tray at our feed store! Hopefully he enjoys it. The tray packaging has a QR for recipes on the back, so I will have to look at that.

    Any Home Bakers Here?

I posted about making some gluten free muffins a while back, and I've finally written out the recipe with my own notes and such, thought I'd share.

Oh, we have some of their products at our local store! Probably not the XL stuff, but I'll have to check next time I'm there.

Do You Have A Favorite Flavor Of Ice Cream? Or Two? Or Three?

Blehh, I used to have the worst time with eating sugar, it would make me so nauseous. I can enjoy it now, though! My diet changed a lot and my guts are happier, lol. It'd take me like three months to be able to eat through a pack of cookies before. 😂

Do You Have A Favorite Flavor Of Ice Cream? Or Two? Or Three?

I can't have gluten, so I desperately miss cookies and cream! I have made my own before by crushing gf Oreos and putting them in vanilla ice cream, and YUM. DH is very stingy about his ice cream ingredients ("It doesn't have egg yolks and cream? No. Poison. Fake. Gross." 😂), so we don't have it...

If you could be a character in My Hero Academia (MHA), what your life be like, what would your quirk be, who would you be friends with, etc.

I don't think I even got through the first season, and I for sure don't remember anyone's names, but I remember the general premise (my older sister loved it though). I'd probably have some quirk to do with nature, and go "pffffft, I don't like school, byeee!" And go live as a hermit in the...

Oh, yes, that's a good idea. I think they have rubber cubes and other such things at the store. I mentioned a rubber pinecone just a moment ago, and that toy is also designed to bounce erratically, and doesn't go very far since it's hollow. I think it would fit in his mouth better, too, since...

Mine would eat the cardboard, haha, but he does enjoy when I put enrichment treats together. We have a little, hollow rubber "iceberg" for freezing, so I'll fill it with things like pumpkin, pepper, strawberries, apples, whatever's on the menu and then give it to him. He quite enjoys it, though...

Thank you! He really is lovely. I have thought of doing agility type things with him when he's older (don't wanna strain the joints of course). Not enough space in our backyard for frisbee, but he LOVES playing fetch with a big rubber ball, and he really is very athletic when he goes for it...

I used that method when he was smaller, it would work for the duration of the training session and was very useful! I physically can't keep him down without my full weight now, so I can't use a lead as a pulley under my foot for quick corrections anymore. I've taken him out into the rest of the...

Thanks! This sounds like what I was doing pre-pregnancy (I'm not much for getting up early now, haha, and I'm not the one handling his morning routine right now). Thankfully, there is no reason for the dog to interact with the areas the baby will be in, so we will have time to adjust and work...
