I got these babies from our local feed store all sexed as pullets and I do believe I have all cockerels. I was hoping maybe one would be a cockerel but, dang, not all of them . So what is everyone else's opinion RIR is 8-9 weeks and EE's are 4-5 weeks.
these pictures don't do there color justice. 4 is black and white. I know that is usually a cockerel trait and 3's comb is looking a little pinkish along with 1&2's.
Would y'all be so kind as to help me out with the sex of these little cuties. I got them as straight run and I'm afraid they are all roos.
they are 5wks old.
yes it could very well be a kid maybe even 2. We raised boer goats when i was a teen. I got one for my 16th birthday...lol. may iask why you separated them? we never separated ours so that's why i ask. we had one nanny to have 4 kids in one birth but the average for ours was 2 sometimes 3. good...
I have 10 chickens, 6 of them are laying. They have to stay in a coop and run due to the city ordinance and Im worried they are overeating with their feed. We have a 3 gallon bucket that my husband made into a auto feeder. I went out to fill it up this morning at about 10:30am, I just went out...
if she isn't getting any bigger and her udder isn't filing out then she probably isn't pregnant.....when we had goatswe left the billy in with our nannies at all times.
They are going to be gorgeous....I absolutely love the coloring on them!!! Keep updating pics as they grow, I would love to know what they are going to look like fully feathers.
