    I only have one silkie so I have nothing to compare it to as far as that. It stands tall sometimes but most of the time, no. It started to try and crow for a few days, a couple weeks ago but has stopped since. This one is 5- 6 months old and has little to no wattles.

    Thank you and I love him to death but I can't have roosters. :( One of the girls I work with, her parents have a farm that all of my roosters have ended up at. I really want it to be a girl, since I have devoted to much to it, but I knew when I bought it, it could go either way. Really hoping it...

    It usually runs from the others and I have not seem any mating behavior. Just heard it trying to crow this morning but I still can't tell if it's a girl or boy.
