    I am not an expert but they look like the geese I have. The one with the darker head stripe is probably a gander..also check & see if his cheeks are a bit fuller than the other ones as ganders usually have fuller cheeks than the goose.. also as I am learning...the gander tends to walk around...

    I have found that the Toulouse is a gentle breed..both sexes. I have never had an issue with the Toulouse Gander ..I have had perhaps 5 pair over time. Good luck & I hope they are what you are looking for.
