I don't know about OTC pain meds for chickens. I have read that aspirin can be given at low dosage, but there are risks. Meloxicam seems to be the go to for poultry, but, again, I am unfamiliar with it. I will tag someone who is a lot more knowledgeable about such things.
@Wyorp Rock, can...
I don't know why it is doing that: I will just copy the text.
Undiluted Corid or amprollium can be given as a boost dose once or twice a day at 0.1 ml per pound of weight. But it is always given in the water as well. Dosage is 2 tsp of the Corid liquid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of...

Here is my thread about dosing my flock. I used the liquid (note the powder form has a different measurement).
No vitamins during treatment. You can give it after and between, but you feed should supply all they need. My flock wouldn't touch the vitamin water, so I skipped that part.

If she is not eating on her own you will need to keep feeding her until she does.
Sounds like she is with the flock. Is she being bullied away from the feed trays? Chickens are awfully mean others who seem lame or sick. It is a survival instinct.
If her leg is still hurting her you...
Baby blues growing up 16 weeks and almost as big as my black girls. All thriving! The two close ups are almost mirror images of each other. I love the color variation!
Amazon sells many brands of this product. Where are you, generally? CA requires a prescription, most other states do not.
Jedd's sells it too, but just check and they are sold out.
Yes. Any way he will take them. The egg has selenium in it to help with the uptake of the vit e. You need ever little, hence the egg suggestion as a tablet is way too much.
Also, the is a great article by @azygous about reintegration.

Sorry your hen is not well.
Do you have a large dog crate that she can be in and be among the flock. Perhaps in the middle of the run where the others can see her but not touch her? May need hardward cloth reinforcement up the sides as far as the hens can peck through. This was she is close...

@Wyorp Rock
@Eggcessive
?
You can get terramycin without a prescription almost anywhere. Amazon has it, I think Chewy's has it and I think Jedd's has it. Tractor supply used to sell it, not sure now.
Until it arrives you can use plain triple antibiotic ointment.
Yes, that looks to bee a prolapsed vent. :(
Here is a post discussing treatment.

Please post pictures. How hot is it where you are at? Is she eating/drinking enough? Is she walking properly? What does her poop look like? Is she bullied by others in the flock?
What is her diet, including treats?
Where did the blood come from? Usually mating loss of feathers does not...
