    Adding that so far this year, my son has gone to an apple orchard to pick apples and made a pie in the class. They have also made pizza from scratch and buffalo chicken dip

    I've said this before and I'll say it again. They still teach home ec in schools. It's called culinary fundamentals and my son is currently taking it in his freshman year. And yes they use knives and ovens. Our school never got rid of it. We also still have shop class, wood working, and home...

    Today I pulled the rest of the garden. It was so overgrown, my son was calling it Vietnam🤣 I also planted the garlic, cleaned out the coop, and spread the bedding on the garden. It will finish composting over the winter and will be great to plant in come spring
