Once upon a time, Ken told me to put coffee in the incubator, and use the rubber tube as a straw in the morning. That way I could stay warm under the covers. 🤣 That guy could be very funny.
I did an overnight breakfast casserole last night/ this morning. It was a good use of freezer burnt tortillas, but I only had a little bacon for one layer, and jalapeños for another. Lots of cheese though! 🤣
Tonight I made blueberry muffins.
I plan on making sourdough French toast in the morning.

I have an allergy to mushrooms, and I sometimes attend vegan potlucks. Chicken broth/cream of chicken, buns and meat in general is substituted with mushrooms. :th
My LO is allergic to pears. Baby foods now use pear in everything. That was a fun discovery. Thank God I could make things myself.
If anyone is on a pumpkin roll (pun intended), may I suggest pumpkin cinnamon rolls? I am thinking pumpkin in the dough, but as the filling works too.
