Mine are still young. I haven't noticed any mosquitoes around after the rain here, but we didn't get a bunch of it. Even though all of my chicks are different colored, they are still leghorns.- BlueBaby

They will eat anything they can get those talons on and lift. Some of the owls here have a pretty good wing span.- BlueBaby

My chick's got 2 leftover buttered pancakes this morning that I cut up into enough pieces that they all were able to get some. They went crazy for it and were looking for more, but there wasn't anymore. They will have to wait, and eat the feed.- BlueBaby
