So, I’m watching an episode of Homestead Rescue with the Raneys from Alaska. They’re in Colorado on a Bison Ranch. The garden area had a beehive in it. No one ever acknowledged that it even existed. What’s that all about? They don’t like bees?

The Google machine calls it Baccharis halimifolia. Not that it matters but it’s nice to know there’s possible options. Both of my colonies have full goldenrod supers to nom nom all winter long.
I ran right over the middle of a big rabbit once on my motorcycle. I was fine… the rabbit, not so much. You’re right, serious pucker factor when you see that coming!
