This is a vertical nipple bottle. Chicks use these Day 2 until about three weeks old, then transition to the horizontal ones. In a pinch with adult chickens, we've hung one of these and they either remember or learn very quick and use these too.
This is a DIY horizontal nipple waterer made...
I'm assuming she'll get better, so when you put her back with the rest, can you put in a lower perch for her? That way she doesn't reinjure it jumping so far. I'm assuming your perches are a few feet high.
She's a cutie!
What you feed yours is exactly what we feed ours so it's doubtful it's a vitamin deficiency, although we never know.
I would soak her foot for about 10 minutes in some warm water. You can put Epsom salts in it if you have any. After drying her off, see if you can tell...
We deal with a lot of SLM due to having free-ranging silkies (feathered feet are more prone to them).
Those look good by comparison, but I'd do what @Eggcessive said too if I thought those were SLM.

Here's her post again as she explained it...

Yup, I've gotten tons of eggs, and four adults from Bobbi. Getting pullets out of her is nearly impossible unless you agree to take a rooster for every pullet. I have a beautiful cuckoo lemon rooster out of one of my deals with her. Lots of other beauties too.
We're going to try a different...
