    Very interesting. My Nugget is definitely in victim mode. I have a smaller 2x4 pen that I use for jail. It sits inside the coop. I wonder if that would be okay. And the chickens do get up before I do- if I put her o. The roost after dark - I imagine there will be some head pecking in the morning.

    thank you. I hate to lose her she is so sweet and the best quality of the 3 Lavender Ameraucana's I was able to get locally. Its weird that she improves then relapses once she goes off the meds.

    I don't need show quality. I did that years ago with Belgian D'Anvers. My young girls are over 1 now but their eggs are much smaller than Lyla's. She is lighter in color and slightly larger but does have a larger egg.
