Hi all.
I need help, and I just know y'all can help me!
I need a name for my small chicken farm.
Facts:
I only have 5 acres
We are in Pleasureville Kentucky
I currently raise BBS English Orpingtons
Chocolate English Orpingtons

Easter Eggers
And will be adding...
I may have the opportunity to buy this Americana rooster (their spelling, not mine)
Is he an Americuana or an Easter Egger or can anyone even tell. Not a great picture.
I currently have some Easter Egger hens, and would love to hatch some little's.
Oh, and if I let this rooster breed to my...
Thank you!
I sold two of the boys about a month ago. I have someone coming to get the black one in the morning. I am only keeping the one. (#4). I'm guessing a hawk got one of the black EE hens. So of the 9 Easter Eggers that I bought this year, I will have 1 roo, and 4 hens (after tomorrow).But...
Here is a pic up close of each of the 9 chicks.

I held first 3 and tried to get comb & coloring. Hubby held the rest & thought I wanted just comb apparently.
Okay, I'm pretty new to chicken keeping (last year) and recently bought 9 EE's straight run from a breeder. Trying to determine if they are pullets or cockerels. I posted a new thread earlier before I found this one. I'm thinking I have a least 4 roo's so far. And of course, they are my...
In the 2nd to last pic, The black/brown one standing in front of the roo, is also a roo, I think, it has a comb already as well, but compared to the obvious boy, it's comb is paler. So maybe just maybe it turns out to be a hen. (Also one of my fave's)
Is the obvious one the one with the biggest comb? The tallest one on right in bottom pic? I was just reading a thread about telling EE's apart from feather coloring/patterns.
I bought 9 straight run Easter Egger's from a breeder. They are now 6 weeks old. I think I have at least 4 cockerels. First time buying 'straight run' chicks. Can you confirm. I will get better pics.
