Excellent explanation & Picture. You have beautiful ducks. Is there a way to determine sex at a week-3 weeks old? Any 1 thing that would give a definitive assumption on sex?
Would anyone be able to tell me what breed my Roo may be? Today I had my first chickens hatch & and they are from a Plymouth Barred Rock hen & and this Roster. My chicks are gray & some white.

I have 2 Kahaki Campbell hens w 1. Drake. For a while I had them in the yard w the chickens so I was not sure if it were the chickens 9r ducks lying the 2 eggs a day. I got my answer when I segregated the birds. Now a I have 21 duck eggs in the incubator & 0ver a dozen waiting...

Sorry for your loss! The description you gave of her internals definitely sounds like a form of rat poison. I sure you went back to when she began acting different & trace and find where she was in hopes your other animals do not get into the same stuff.

I have video of 2 of my ducks. Each make a different sound. Of my 4 ducks 3 make the same sound & the largest duck of the 4 makes a different sound. I am posting the 2 videos w sound, please help me determine which is drake or Hen so I can determine what to do next.
