OP was just concerned that they overdosed it because they used safeguard with the dosing instructions from some other wormer.
Nothing negative about safeguard at all. It's repped a lot in this thread actually and I'll be buying it soon. Haha.
Okay gunna do safeguard on just the peachicks and make sure to clean their pen well before letting them out to see everyone else. :) no eggs so no egg withdrawal!
I dont see a good way to give a worm medicine that cant be put in water though. Horse you inject into their mouth and dog you put in a good snack... how do you feed it to a chicken?
Infrequently. I'm bad at that.
2 of my peachicks died of histomoniasis so I wormed everyone and the other 2 peachicks passed a ton of worms & then were okay. I didn't see any worms come out of the chickens though, so I suspect they're fine. I should worm the peachicks again though. No egg...
