I don't know how much difference that it makes if there's no medications involved. She does not use any medications at all.

My wife uses this everyday. She is fully convinced that it has largely cured her hormonal issues. She doesn't have as many ups and downs as she previously had, she's pretty even keeled if I say so myself. Before Shilajit her emotions were every where.
