I'd say it would be better than a plastic bag. But not much lol. It's kind of a bendy rubbery plastic.

It's a sled. The guy at the hardware store looked at me like i was nuts when i asked him to get one down for me. In the middle of june. 🤣 I told him what i was gonna use it for and he thought that was pretty cool.

Now that it isn't raining every day.. the dux have missed their mud puddles. I have a few calls that prefer puddles and rarely swim. I found a solution for them. I present to my fellow dux lovers, The permanate dux puddle. 😁

Agree with all the above except for the drake part. That is not always the way. Sometimes a drake will even harass the mom on the nest to get her off of it cause he's horny. Sometimes drakes will harass or kill ducklings. And even if it goes well for 2 or 3 weeks when they get a little bit...

That's what made me think you have 4 foot predators and not arial ones. Hawks will a lot of times pluck feathers of a bird before eating. I'm not sure about those vultures though. And then perhaps with yours being free ranged they may have chased the ducks to a far enough location before they...

@WannaBeHillBilly You need to call conservation about those. They may come do something about them. They are causing problems here in MO too. It has even been on the radio to report sightings.

Wait a minute... those look like black vultures to me. And they will absolutley kill.

Well... it's not impossible nut i think it is more likley to be coyotes or something and the vultures are just there eating what the coyotes are leaving. I'm thinking if it were an arieal predator you'd find feathers or something. I don't see how vultures could carry off that many full size...

You know as well as anyone what dux are capable of. We have some in Missouri now! It was a big fluffin deal man when that opened. We were in Springfield one of those first days and traffic was backed up like crazy trying to get in there. I usually get me a whata burgr when i visit my sis in...
