    I there is no wheezing, sneezing, coughing or head-shaking and her eyes are clear and not puffed up and she is alert and no longer lethargic, I'd say she's over the worst. Enjoy her, she is pretty.

    To me it seems like she is suffering from a respiratory infection. I am not a fan of using antibiotics without a proper diagnosis, but if not treated she most likely will not make it. I would start a 5 day course of Amoxicillin.

    That doesn't look like cocci poop to me. Is it very hot? are they drinking alot?

    Wow! that's a difficult one. The more one knows, the more difficult it is to answer. Jewish Holidays are part of a cycle, although by superficial glance they may not seem to be.
