just to update in case anyone else had this, it was stroke like symptoms and she lost ability to balance then was fine for a month. She died about a month after.
Ok, those are amazing ideas. Thank you so so much, honestly.
I’m not in the US, and I don’t have a gun license. But I see what you’re getting at. I really like the idea of having traps around my aviary- I can do that. I have a weasel/ skunk trap that I will definitely set up. and a weasel one...
Thank you. Yeah it’s no problem, I have separate pens so that’s good so far. I’ve been trying really hard to do all the research I can and to watch videos. Trust me when I tell you that I have tried everything to build an outside run that nothing can get into. I’ve even hired people to build it...
Hello!
I was wondering if there were aquatic plants that I could have in my duck pool seasonally. I don’t have a pond- just a kiddie pool. I live in a growing zone 2 area. In the summer we get 15°C (59°F) to the hottest of 30°c (86°F)

A few questions...

Hey, I’m from northern Canada. It gets really frickin cold up here.
I’ve had ducks for years. I have an insulated coop and an Un-insulated coop. They thrive in either or. In their run I put straw down over the snow. I’ve never had a case of frost bite. They get a bath 3 times a week in lukewarm...
I’m sure there’s lots haha- she doesn’t quite look like a silver bantam duck in my opinion- but honestly I’m not super familiar with appleyards- she’s my first one. Most of my guys are anconas- my oldest female is a ‘faun’ brown colored Ancona- she’s very pretty. I just got a lovely blue Ancona...
