The inside is blacked out. It doesn't smell rotten. The eggs that are growing is fine. Its just one I can't find the air sac -

Hi I just caught my duck cannibalizing her eggs,the ones I saw slight cracks in. So I just canndled them 1 with cracks(i threw it out) but I saw one that was really far along, but completely blacked out. I didn't see an air sac is it dead? -

I have 2 ducks 1 female khaki Campbell 1 male mallard. They were hatched and grew up with one another so they like being apart. Also perry took us by surprise about the best. Their had just around it when it was warm. So at I would off they bbedroom entrance and they would sleep in there. But... -

Judging by the feather patterns I think they're girls. That's the way a female mallards are, and my female khaki Campbell's are like that. Also they're not brightly colored. So my guess is female. -

Thank YOU I'm solo excited this will be my first time hatching duckling with a broody duck. Even though it's cold here in Ct. My little Perry is a khaki Campbell ive been told she might catch them :-)
