Hello all you Lucky J La Roo lovers! It's been so long since I've updated you and I'm sorry but I have a couple great pictures from just this morning that I thought I'd share with you all so you can see how great he's still doing and even his "mini-me" Let's see if I can figure out how to post...
I've never dealt with this before myself, but I'm guessing he/she will be just fine and adapt with no problem since it knows no other way to be. Probably wouldn't use it for breeding just in case it's something to do with genetics. Otherwise you've just got a handi-capable chick <3
Hello all fans of Lucky J La Roo! It's been quite some time since I've updated on my boy and I apologize for that. He is doing great still even after a little mishap here a few weeks back with him getting picked on by some of the younger roosters and needing a little "inside time" with us in...

I got to it right away this morning after milking, so here are the pics of Lucky's kids :)
The twins (hatched out at the exact same time!) Him, I'm calling Junior...Her, I haven't come up with a catchy name for...any suggestions?
Here's another shot of his daughter <3
Here are the two...
Sorry it's taken me so long to reply. I'll get some shots of his babies up tomorrow, I promise! :) There's 5 for sure that are his, white feathered with an occasional black smudge...one young roo, no color on his wings...YET and two little girls whose mothers were Turkens so they're white...
It's been quite awhile since I updated on Lucky so here goes...He's a daddy! Oh yea, I think I already said that...lol Anywho, he's doing great and here's a picture from yesterday :)
I feel like the two lighter ones are his...just going based on color because the hen that layed them is a Cuckoo Marans soooo...lol and the other three are black/bluish like the blue cochin roos I have....lol Lucky's walking awesome and most of the time without any sign of a limp, tail...
