Oh my gosh thank you so much I was so scared I was like do I need to sleep in the coop again tonight like is she gonna wake up tomorrow and want to kill them because she still acting like she's broody but they definitely have food and water, and both her and the chicks are eating and drinking...
Oh my gosh, thank you so much I know for sure the chicks are one day old and I do have food and water in there. She actually came out of the nesting box and has been laying in front of it and she has been packing and eating at that food and drinking the water and so are the babies they're eating...
She also scoops them under her wings though, so if they start moving around too much, she will circle around in the box and Scooch them back under her but it's also like she's still trying to pack her feathers out from underneath of her self. I figured she would stop doing that once they were born.
