I do the same thing but I use a backpack sprayer and do all of my coops. I do weekly applications and then quit for awhile so the pests won't become resistant to the Permethrin.
Permethrin takes weekly applications for about a month. I had good luck with it and I have a dozen coops. I totally sprayed everything. I sprayed the coops first then cleaned them and for a month did weekly spraying. Here is a Permethrin mixture chart made by another BYC member.
Many years ago, I had a severe mite infestation in my coops. I sprayed Permethrin once a week for a month. I cleaned the coops prior to treatments. No more mites and a bonus, no more flies.
If you use Permethrin there is no egg withdrawal period. I would spray inside the coop every nook and cranny once a week for a month. It will kill them as they hatch out.

I again contacted BYC about the Florida Members page. Their suggestion was to start a new page. Since the old page still exists (https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/florida-always-sunny-side-up.64192/) many of the Florida members are listed. It wouldn't take a lot of effort to create a new...

I have hatched out hundreds of chicks and other fowl in this incubator. It has an electronic thermostat in it. I also have egg racks for the trays and a water bucket for it. It has 3 trays plus a hatching tray in the bottom. I'm located in Florida. I also have a homemade brooder. The red trays I...
Out of curiosity, how much did you pay for it? I have one pretty much like it I'm thinking about selling that works great with an electronic thermostat. I've hatched hundreds of chicks with it.
I know this won't work for all predators.
