    Just like they were so worried about saving the pygmi owls a few years back, but now they don't matter anymore since the land developer's have gone crazy with all of the houses coming in.

    Mine are still young. I haven't noticed any mosquitoes around after the rain here, but we didn't get a bunch of it. Even though all of my chicks are different colored, they are still leghorns.

    They look forward to anytime that I'm carrying something out there in either a ziplock baggy or a bowl. Other then that they have plenty of feed in their feed buckets.

    They will eat anything they can get those talons on and lift. Some of the owls here have a pretty good wing span.

    I know that everyone's situations are different. We have hawks, owls, coyotes, and sometimes stay dogs here.

    The littler dogs annoy me the most with the barking. Those seem to bark at thier own shadows most of the time.

    My chick's got 2 leftover buttered pancakes this morning that I cut up into enough pieces that they all were able to get some. They went crazy for it and were looking for more, but there wasn't anymore. They will have to wait, and eat the feed.
