Trader Joe's Egg- viable or not?

I'll be gone for 4-5 days. If that makes any difference.

Trader Joe's Egg- viable or not?

Just one thing. While I want to try again I'm thinking maybe I should wait, I'm going on a trip later this month and the estimated hatch date would coincide with the week I'll be out of town.

Trader Joe's Egg- viable or not?

Thanks. I'll try again. But as for this one, I'll call it quits.

Trader Joe's Egg- viable or not?

I figured it wasn't doing anything. I checked out some day 3 photos and videos on YouTube, I believe by now I would've seen veins and a heart beating.

Trader Joe's Egg- viable or not?

Noted. I just wanted to know because I had considered trying with another egg. I don't know if it accidentally getting cool(not cold) did something.

Trader Joe's Egg- viable or not?

So I'm on day 3 of incubating a Trader Joe's fertile egg but I'm not sure if it really is fertile. See photo below. I'm wondering should I wait 2 more days or call it quits?

Ok, egg accidentally got cool, not cold mind you but just room temperature, which is 75 degrees right now. Hope the chick is ok if it's fertile. I'm on day 2 now.

Thanks, this one doesn't have a shut off feature. I have read about other people on this site who had tried a heating pad before and it worked fine but I suppose that could be a case by case basis. I'm only on day 1 as of today and looking at the candling photos I've checked online, it seems...

Ok... so last year I tried to incubate an egg from Trader Joe's and failed. Anyway, I decided to try again... I have a heating pad set up in a plastic shoe box with a container of water as a way to incubate the egg. I've read about someone that used a heating pad before but one thing though...

    What do I do now?

How cute! Are they from the fertile eggs or free range organic? The free range organic ones I had were brown but the fertile eggs are white.

    What do I do now?

Ok, looked at the yoke of a free range organic egg from Trader Joes, it looked fertile but all the eggs were used up today. I've read about people on this site who tried incubating store bought organic free range eggs from Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and other markets. If I attempt this...

Homemade heating pad Incubator + farmers market eggs (working!!)

Wow. I've considered using a heating pad but I'm afraid of leaving it on when I'm not home.

    Incubator or desk lamp?

I'm curious about trying with a desk lamp but any recommendations to avoid it becoming a fire hazard? I'm afraid of leaving the lamp on while I'm out.

    What do I do now?

Thanks but I have a few supplies to make one. I have seen people here use a desk lamp.

Won't be going out of town but it looks like I'll have to wait to try again. My last fertile egg is gone! Noo!
