I got on the scale before getting in the shower yesterday and WOW I'm sooo happy.
After all that frustration ....I finally see results.
I really was on the verge of quitting. I even stopped watching my diet as close, but I didn't give up on the workouts....I'm really enjoying...

This is so @$%^* frustrating. I worked out 5 days this week, and have really been sticking to my diet, but it is all for nothing.
Today's weight = 169
I didn't lose ONE POUND...
Tomorrow is weigh in #3. ...I'm nervous. I've been working out really hard and just doesn't seem like I'm getting anywhere.
I have been on heavy calorie restriction 5 days a week and normal calorie restriction 2 days a week.
That really should have produced results in itself.

I've been doing TurboJam workouts and I'm nearing the end of my DVD selections. They have gotten progressively harder and I gotta say they are quite tough.

I just figured out that mine have the pox 2 days ago.
I wasn't able to get on the web for a week and the whole time I'm freaking out, feeding terramycin in the water, and panicking because I had wormed them, thinking I had given them the wrong wormer or something.

ok yesterday I had a total calorie intake of 1135.
And I stuck to my promise of a 45min TJ. That was hard.
But today I weighed on the work scale first thing when I got here @ 7:00.
I LOST TWO POUNDS!!!!!
I am so excited...I thought for sure I blew it when I went way overboard on Sat. and did...
I haven't been on the board since Fri, so I have alot of confessing to do .........
Friday:
I followed my diet until supper
before supper : 459 cal
dinner = chicken wings & beer(very bad, but one of my favorites)
serbet for desert Total- 1759, and no exercise .
But that's not the worst of it...
I'm not really expecting to lose 10 lbs in a week ..if that were possible everyone would do it.
I just know me,..and if my jeans don't get any loser or the scale says I gained I will get so depressed after trying so hard all week.
Although, I feel better already just from a couple of days of...
I am so impressed with everyone.....We all jumped on board and began confessing our diets and the like.. I have to say, if I wasn't a part of this thread I would have had 4 coors lights and a handful of fried shrimp for dinner last night. (while watching the flock.)
Instead, I cooked the shrimp...
I did it!
Finally I did not fall off the wagon yesterdy.

grilled chicken &green beans w/pat of butter
green apple

two bottled waters
a slimfast shake
Total 766cal..........I can't believe it.
I also did a 45min TurboJam video. TurboJam is really rough but...
