    I recently acquired a 5 month old silkie who is full of mites :( I've dusted her once already, but still see tons on her. I've heard about ivermectin. Could you tell me what the dosage would be for a pullet her size? Thank you!

    ChickNmamma, Right now she is quarantined to a oversized bin- I don't have a seperate outdoor quarantine space outside where she can access grass/dirt at her free will :( We rent, so I only want to push my luck with so many coops lol. She does get out during the day & I have seen her dusting...

    I''ve had peepers and chicks in my bedroom on and off since April!! I just had to bring another in this past week to quarantine. Not the most ideal situation, but like you, the house we rent doesn't have a basement or garage, carport mudroom, spare room, or extra bath, so we make do :)
