    Lump on my duck's back

    Losing the tail curl is not unusual many times they come and go . But the back lump is not normal. Did you say the vet is not an option now ?

    Little scrapes I think from walking barefoot . Or should I say duckfoot. 😊 I would keep an eye on them because scrapes and things sometimes turn into Bumblefoot. You can put a little NONpain relief type antibiotic ointment on them or give them a spray of Vetrycin.

    Looks like she’s been biting at herself there maybe itchy Use antibiotic ointment like Neosporin a couple times a day make sure it is NOTthe kind that has pain relief stuff added. Cute duckling congratulations!

    I have ducks ten years old who are still laying - not as much as my younger ones but still laying good eggs. I have one I suspect has a problem like your vet mentioned reproductive track infection possibly because I’m finding some soft and no shell eggs but still don’t know who’s doing them…...
