I had been thinking lattice until I priced out how much it would take to cover ours. That idea went down the tube real quick! Post some pics if you can!

We attached them by drilling holes through the top fence pole and attached 6.5 in bolts
We bent the bolts so the PVC would slide right in. Tomorrow we are putting a long PVC across the entire length in the top of the hops for extra support. I'll post more pic when we are finished!

I would keep the stream out of it and just give them free range to play in it during the day :) Some predators could potentially get into your coop/run through the water/muddy bottom. Good luck and nice property :)
