I there is no wheezing, sneezing, coughing or head-shaking and her eyes are clear and not puffed up and she is alert and no longer lethargic, I'd say she's over the worst.

I'm not quite sure what you're reffering to, is it the studying of the beis yossef, or are you referring to glatt beis yossef (which is not relevant with poultry)?
