If she took x-rays then it's not likely broken or dislocated but it could be sprained potentially... he could have also had a nasty shock losing the fight and lost confidence.
How many roosters and how many hens do you have?
This is going to be a slightly silly question, but have your birds been getting berries or other dark/reddish foods?
Have you introduced any new birds, had any stressors like moving or a predator scare?
It doesn't hurt to dose the flock with Corid or another amprolium product just in case...

It sounds like she has lash egg, basically an infection of the reproductive system... the diagnosis isn't usually great. Sometimes you can treat with antibiotics like Tetracycline or Amoxicillin.

If it gets too hot in the summer egg production will drop in response to heat stress. Some folks have set up misting stations, cooling fans, etc to help with the temperature in the run/coop.

Did you check for mites or lice? What's the temperature where you're at?
Sometimes a pale comb can be caused by temperature swings like heatstroke or frostbite, parasites, or anemia...
It probably wouldn't hurt to try and give it some electrolytes.
Are both eyes red? It looks more like the normal pupil color, I can't really see inflammation around the "whites". The comb color is concerning.
Is she having any breathing issues? Is her skin underneath her feathers warm?
