Also.... 4 maran roo's from good blood lines....some standard cochin roo's, and 3 tom turkeys. Would take 150 for...
I've looked everywhere for real pics of standard sized RED cochins.....No luck... I know Ideal hatchery sales these....sold out till 2009 of course........but if anybody could help me find a REAL pic of them i would really be greatfull!!!!!
Thanks....KC
A few months ago i traded LilPeeps 4 of her awsome silkies......for 4 NN millies. Well my grandparents both got really sick.....so i've been helping them....then my car broke down......ect. Julie never once got upset with me about not getting her chicks......and totally understood my money...
Over the years i've crosses cochins with this-n-that..... I have several hens that look like pure cochins.....but lay colored eggs (and no i don't tell people they a pure...lol).
I also have some that look like cochins with muffs and beards....ect. Soooo i know they are mutts.....but are they...
They looked so funny going after some ants!!!
If any knows me they know NN's are my fav!!!!! If you look at there legs you can see how good the 3rd generation of cochin crossing has done.....i'm so happy with these cute little guys!
I have a Spitzenhauben roo..... he is a few years old and i've crossed him to several diff breeds......is there any colors i can breed him to that i can get his color???? I luv his pattern....just not his size ( to skinny)
