    i have a dog box with dimensions of 24x36x30 in two compartments. How many can i move at once? I understand about heat and wind etc. How much sq ft per bird to move about 30 miles at the most?

    As i read threads on processing i don't see anyone putting salt in the cooling water while processing. Wouldn't this chill a chicken quicker? And the brine tenderising as well. I am sure i am missing it some where as to why you don't. thanks

    Feeding Buttermilk to Turkeys

    I recently remembered my mother talking about raising turkeys in Ar as a kid. She says my Grandmother fed Buttermilk to the turkeys in the beginning. She also said the turks were so stupid that they would stand out in the rain heads up and mouth open and drown. Has anyone fed buttermilk?
