I read somewhere that this stuff helps get rid of red mites? How safe is this stuff? I want to go to Lowes to buy some. My hen has some red mites in her nest.
I just moved him to another cage today so I decided to take some pictures and share with you guys. He's a little skittish and kept on moving. Most of his tail feathers fail off because I caught him grabbing the tail.
Sadly 3 of my chicks got eaten by a hawk. It flew away when it saw me walking outside. I never seen any hawks flying around before. It left the head back. The rest of the body was gone.
I came home to hear some newly hatch chicks chirping. Turns out 2 of them passed away because the mama one was laying on top of them. I moved her to a bigger box. It was her first try. Sad to come home to see the two of them like that.
I wanted to share a picture that I took today. I'm surprise that it didn't come out blurry because he was flapping his wings. I was bored so I decided to add some effects to it lol. I put the original shot and the shot that I edited with some fire. I don't know why it came out so blue.
Hey guys, just wanted to share some pictures that I took this week. Were lucky we don't have any coyotes out here. The only predators around here are usually possum and snakes. The snakes I think are nonpoisonous though. I snap a picture of them when I killed one because it came right at me...
Hey guys,
I just started keeping chickens. My aunt use to keep a lot of them when she was younger and live in house with a bigger yard. She somewhat influence me to start raising them. My brother and I converted our dog run into space for the chickens. They are fun to take care of.
