So I got the big idea to hatch some chicks since it's summer and I thought they'd be fine outside. Only to find out I still needed to keep them warm and dry. So I'm keeping them in the house under a lamp. For now.

Ok, this is our first time hatching eggs. Our Brooding Hen was sitting on 18 eggs before we figured out to separate the other two hens away from her. It's been 22 days since we did, she couldn't keep one chick alive so we brought three inside to take care of and we put seven of her eleven eggs...
