One of my hens has a 2x2 inch wound under her wing. It is very hard to get neosporin salve in it. Can I use an antiseptic spray/pump instead? I have noticed a couple of my other hens pecking at the salve also. I know there is blue kote but that says not to use on animals intended for food.
