One of my hens has a 2x2 inch wound under her wing. It is very hard to get neosporin salve in it. Can I use an antiseptic spray/pump instead? I have noticed a couple of my other hens pecking at the salve also. I know there is blue kote but that says not to use on animals intended for food.

As long as the spray doesn't have any benzocaine or one of those other pain relief ingredients ending in "caine" it should be alright. Blukote would probably be fine, too, if you were not going to eat her for a few weeks in the future.
