I found my black silkie baby lying on the ground tonight. She didn't have any signs of outward trauma. We were thinking the dog, but the neck was not snapped, and no blood from something like a cat. But her crop was large and squishy. Any clues?
Hello! I hatched 11 eggs over winter and ended up with ONE hen out of the bunch. She's getting a bit lonely without her boys. Both of us would love to give your sweet lady a good home. We're in Sacramento, willing to travel for the right gal.
These guys are 7 months old. I heard one crow this morning, and he's got to go!
