I have 3 older chickens I inherited with the coop I bought. One hen's lower beak is longer than the top and I sense she has trouble eating She is also blind in one eye.
Can I put her in with my 3 month old chicks? I feel she might be better off with the younger ones. Comments? Advice?
My first time... I have 14 chicks/chickens that are 3 months old now. When can I expect to get eggs from them? I read in an earlier thread to keep them on the chick food w/med until then. Just curious when they start to lay eggs!
