    Two coops, one run.

We have the chicken coop Rhode Island Red house in the back from the Chicken Coop Company, and a coop we got on Amazon on the side a long time ago. The run we also bought on Amazon and are expanding it. It’s cute. Will be painting the smaller coop to match the back coop. None of this was built...

    Injured Leg

One of my hens has injured her leg, she still seems to put weight on it and is able to get around minimally. Should I just let it be for a few days and see how it goes or cull her? I don't want her to suffer, and I am not wasting money by taking her to the vet. Thanks for your advice in advance...

    Welsummer Rooster

Hello, One of my pullets has turned into a beautiful Welsummer Rooster. We live close to our neighbors, but it is not against code for us to have a rooster. I actually kind of "like" him. What are your thoughts on keeping it?

What the "hay" kind of chicken is this? Any ideas?

I bought these from a local farm. I thought I had gotten two Ameraucaunas, although I did not check. She is definitely not an Ameraucauna, although she does lay blue/green eggs. Her sister chicken that is actually behind her in one of the pictures is an Ameraucana. Any ideas? I think it might be...
