    Ive never seen this before.

    Okay, i am a first time chicken owner. I was eating breakfast and watching the little darlings. I noticed one of the chicks was laying on its side kicking and pine shavings were flying everywhere. I made shure it was okay. It did it again and again, until it had created a nest and slept in it...

    Help please. its not working.

    We have a 8 day old chick that came to us with spraddle leg. We have taped it up with bandaides for the last 6 days. It is not any better. she is eating, drinking, and pooping. She has a hard time getting around. Not sure what else to do. Culling is the last resort, I will try anything.

    LOL......i love my chicks.

    Some are starting to run up to each other and does a chest bump. they flap their wings, run, and jump into each other. LOL........ They will be a week old on Thursday. Does anyone elses do this?
