Hot chickens!
It's 24 degrees celcius today and despite shade & ice cold water and putting her feet in water, my buff Orpington is still panting and being extremely lethargic! I don't want any of my flock to overheat...any tips on keeping your chickens cool in hot weather? :)- jessthesheepy

Drooling chicken?
When I was with my Sussex Star today I noticed that she drooled a couple of times and my buff kept pecking her beak which she never normally does, my Sussex Star is behaving normally and laying/eating/drinking normally so I might just be being paranoid but it's better to be safe than sorry Any...- jessthesheepy
